Planet commitment: reducing our environmental impact

Lamberti is carrying forward an unprecedented effort to reduce the environmental impact arising from its own operations

Saving every drop: Discover how Lamberti’s Viguzzolo plant in Italy achieved an extraordinary 60% water use reduction since 2019. This isn’t just a story about technology; it’s about people, culture, and the power of collaboration.

A milestone in sustainability: In Wharton County, Texas, Lamberti’s plant became the first U.S. site in the Group to earn ISO 14001 certification for Environmental Management. An inspiring story about a pioneering venture driven by a dedicated team sharing common values and a common vision.

More than a certificate: Today, we’re proud to share that our sites in Albizzate, Zanica, and Viguzzolo have officially been certified under ISO 50001 for excellence in energy management.

Towards decarbonization: The rooftop solar panels in Trissino plant are now fully operational, generating 135 MWh/year of renewable electricity. Of this, 70% is used directly on-site, while any surplus is fed into the public grid. The energy produced covers 35% of the site's total energy needs, enabling a reduction in emissions equivalent to 34 tons of CO₂ per year.
