We are an organization committed with social issues, such as gender equality, regardless of geography. This commitment is part of who we are in terms of internal and external stakeholders. We will continue to work with underrepresented social groups as we are doing with social projects such as “Lamberti Transforma” in Brazil and “We Dare” in India, both focused on gender equality and education issues. These initiatives are a demonstration of our focus and commitment with achieving real impact in the communities where we operate. We are committed to our communities.

we are. Lamberti

Our organization is our people.  Our employees who, every day, through hard work and commitment advance our company’s purpose and keep us moving forward and finding ways to improve every aspect of our organization.  We understand that organizations are not products, buildings, or brands - people make up our organization.
Our people are the driving force behind our scientific research, manufacturing expertise, commercial acumen, and a long list of attributes that makes our organization unique.  It is at the intersection of these attributes that our organization thrives and ultimately creates value to its stakeholders. Please read about our values here.
Our Code of Ethics is actively shared with all employees regularly via trainings, questionnaires, and personal statements of adherence.
We have implemented a company wide onboarding system, One Company, One Team.

I have been collaborating with the sustainability team for almost 3 years. In this period many activities have been completed and others planned, thanks above all to two fundamental values our Group has adopted and endorsed in Sustainability related initiatives: engagement and responsibility.
Group work has been performed in cross-functional teams with a common goal, even with different languages, cultures and roles, indeed favoring diversity, a value that must be cultivated in a team. Over time, we have seen a growing part of our Lamberti community become more responsible and motivated to put its sustainability ideas and solutions into practice.
